This Site describes Bubble Entertainment, Bubble Party Show, Interactive Bubble Show, Kids Party Entertainment, Bubble Artist, Childrens Party Performer, Giant Bubble Show, Bubble Party Performer provided by Bubbles Unleashed. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Bubbles Unleashed makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Damages. Bubbles Unleashed is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Bubbles Unleashed from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under CA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in CA for any related dispute.

Modifications. Bubbles Unleashed may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
